Dr. Frank Lee

Sr. Technical Advisor

Dr. Frank Lee advises Revelectrik as Senior Technical Advisor, bringing deep experience in advanced vehicle electrification, control systems, and systems engineering. Over his career, he has led cross-functional engineering teams on complex programs involving battery systems, vehicle controls, and model-based development, guiding projects from early concept through validation and production launch.

Dr. Lee is known for bridging rigorous engineering fundamentals with practical, production-ready solutions. He has worked across OEMs, suppliers, and technology-driven startups, shaping architectures for next-generation electric and intelligent vehicles while mentoring teams and building robust engineering processes.

At Revelectrik, Dr. Lee supports the team on high-level architecture decisions, controls and safety strategy, and how to scale prototype concepts into reliable, certifiable products that can succeed in real-world commercial deployment.


Dr. Nishaki Mehta

Scientific Advisor

Dr. Nishaki Mehta advises Revelectrik as Scientific Advisor, bringing deep experience at the intersection of cardiology, clinical practice, and medical-device innovation. She is a cardiac electrophysiologist at Corewell William Beaumont University Hospital and an Associate Professor of Medicine at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Mehta is actively involved in research and technology development, with a focus on improving how clinicians monitor, understand, and manage heart rhythm and cardiovascular health. She has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations and regularly collaborates with engineers and innovators on new tools for patient care.

Dr. Mehta brings a unique cross-disciplinary perspective to Revelectrik, guiding the team on how signal-processing and real-time monitoring principles, core to both cardiac diagnostics and vehicle telemetry, can be applied to build more reliable and intelligent fleet systems.


Dr. Tony Zhou, Sr. Technical Advisor at Revelectrik

Dr. Tony Zhou

Sr. Technical Advisor

Dr. Tony Zhou brings deep, real-world expertise in autonomous driving and ADAS to Revelectrik’s advisory board. Over a career spanning leadership roles at companies such as Lucid Motors, General Motors, FAW Group, and Phoenix EV, he has helped shape the evolution of L2–L4 autonomy, from system architecture and sensor fusion to localization and functional safety.

As former CTO of Phoenix EV, Dr. Zhou guided the development of next-generation autonomous bus platforms and advanced drive-by-wire systems, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and real-world deployability. He is an active inventor with more than 18 patents in AI-driven localization, perception, and path planning.

In his role as advisor, Dr. Zhou supports Revelectrik on questions of autonomy strategy, system architecture, and how to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and robust, production-ready platforms.
