Subhasis Behera, a seasoned engineer with 15 years of experience in the automotive and energy domains, possesses deep expertise in Electric Vehicle (EV) systems, embedded software, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) development. As the CEO & Chief Engineer of Revelectrik, he leads the company’s mission at the convergence of embodied AI, power electronics, and edge-intelligent systems, translating first-principles engineering into scalable, real-world solutions for commercial fleets and critical infrastructure.
At Revelectrik, Subhasis is spearheading a Department of Energy–aligned solar-to-commercial-vehicle charging initiative, architecting next-generation MPPT/LLC power conversion stages and adaptive control schemes to support sustainable, decentralized energy deployment. Complementing this work, he is also developing Zephyrus Horizon—a helium-based aerial system equipped with AI-driven control algorithms to harvest wind energy and atmospheric moisture from the lower troposphere (≈1–2 km altitude). The system employs a hybrid control framework that blends Model Predictive Control (MPC), neuro-adaptive feedback, and Embedded Policy Learning to continually refine control actions based on real-world environmental feedback—optimizing performance in uncertain and dynamic conditions (Patent Application filed).
