Background

Subhasis Behera is a seasoned engineer with 15 years of experience in the automotive and energy domains. He has deep expertise in Electric Vehicle (EV) systems, embedded software, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) development. As the CEO and Chief Engineer of Revelectrik, he leads the company’s mission at the convergence of power electronics and edge-intelligent systems, translating first-principles engineering into scalable, real-world solutions for commercial fleets and critical infrastructure.

Current Focus

At Revelectrik, Subhasis is spearheading a sustainability-aligned solar-to-commercial-vehicle charging initiative, architecting next-generation MPPT/LLC power conversion stages and adaptive control schemes to support decentralized clean energy deployment. He is also developing R-DRIVE, a compact CAN bus telemetry platform that provides real-time fleet diagnostics from vehicle edge to cloud dashboard.

Technical Expertise

Drawing on experience across both combustion and electric platforms, Subhasis brings a rare ability to bridge classical control theory with modern AI-driven systems. His work spans power electronics design, edge inference toolchains, and cloud-based fleet analytics, enabling systems that adapt and evolve with their operational context.
